Delete your account and data.

From inside the app

1. 1. Open Settings — the gear in the top bar on mobile, or the sidebar on the web.
2. 2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
3. 3. Confirm twice. That is it — the account is gone before the screen closes.

Signed in on the web right now? Go straight to the setting.

If you have already uninstalled

Email support@postmortem-tradingjournal.com from the address you signed up with. We delete the account and reply to confirm, within 30 days and usually the same week. We ask for nothing beyond the email address — no ID, no reason, no retention call.

What gets deleted

• ✕Your login and email address
• ✕Every trade, open and closed, synced or entered by hand
• ✕Journal entries, notes, moods, setups and chart screenshots
• ✕Saved exchange API keys
• ✕Playbooks, guardrails, capital ledger and settings
• ✕Your subscription record

What is kept, and why

Records of completed payments. We are required to keep them for accounting and tax, and they hold no trading data — only the amount, the date and the plan. The identity attached to them is severed when your login goes, so they cannot be traced back to you through the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store — those are managed by the store, so cancel there as well to stop future charges.
