How we ranked these
This is a crypto-futures list, so the criteria are weighted for it. In order of importance:
- Crypto-futures depth — does it net out funding and fees, understand leverage and liquidation, and treat a perp differently from a spot buy?
- Auto-sync coverage — how many exchanges it pulls from with read-only keys, so you’re not pasting CSVs.
- Psychology features — mood/mistake tagging and review tools, because behavior is where futures accounts actually leak.
- Price — including whether there’s a real free tier and whether you’re locked into auto-renewal.
Prices are the top consumer tier, verified July 21, 2026 from each vendor’s public pricing page. Currencies and plans change — check the source links before you buy.

A analytics powerhouse across stocks, options, forex and crypto, with a huge library of charts and reports and some AI features on its top tier. Crypto support lives on the paid Pro plan. If you want to slice your data every conceivable way and trade more than just crypto, it’s hard to beat on breadth.

4. TradeZella — best polished all-rounder for multi-asset traders
A slick, well-marketed journal popular with stock and options traders, with a strong review workflow, backtesting and notebook. Crypto is supported but it’s a multi-asset generalist rather than a futures specialist, so funding/liquidation nuance isn’t its focus.

It rewards traders who’ll do the manual work — its “Tiltmeter” and custom stats are genuinely good — but it has no crypto auto-sync; you import via CSV. If auto-sync matters to you, one of the specialists above will fit better.
